New guests must hold their appointment with a credit card. If appointment is canceled within 24 hours by phone (during business hours), no charge will be placed on the card.

Returns: We do not allow returns on purchased hair products or cosmetics.
Reservation Policy: To reserve an appointment, a credit card authorization is required. In the event of a "no-show", or late cancel ( within 24 hours), the amount equal to the services booked will be charged to the credit card. (see price menu)
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards.
Pure Privilege Certificates: If you are an AVEDA Pure privilege member and wish to redeem a certificate, please let the receptionist know at time of booking. Certificates are valid only with certain stylists and accepted on Mondays and Wednesdays. Sandra Reed, Teresa Wesson, and Alice Sutphin only accept these certificates on add-on services that the guest has not experienced, such as botanical therapy, scalp massages, relaxation rituals and gloss services.
